You're about to move into a new build

New construction looks clean and is not. Sawdust in the cabinets, drywall dust in the vents, adhesive on the glass. We clean it before your furniture arrives.

You already tried, and the dust came back

Construction dust is finer than household dust. It settles again for days after a normal clean. We clean top to bottom, in the right order, with the right equipment, so it stays gone.

You're listing or renting the property

Buyers and tenants notice dust on the window tracks and film on the fixtures. A proper post-renovation clean is what makes the “newly renovated” listing photo true in person.

An after-construction clean includes everything in our deep cleaning, plus the work that only a renovation leaves behind. We work from the top of the room down, so nothing we clean gets dusty again.

How It Works

Tell us what was renovated, the size of the space and when the crew finishes. Photos help. We’ll tell you whether it needs one visit or two, and send a clear, honest price. 

  • Rough clean.

Right after the contractors leave: debris out, surfaces cleared, the bulk of the dust removed. This is the visit that lets painters, inspectors or movers come in.

  • Final clean.

The detailed pass: cabinets inside and out, glass, fixtures, floors, the polish. Most smaller renovations need only this one. We usually schedule it two or three days after the last contractor visit, when the dust has finished settling.

Good to Know

Questions about after construction cleaning.

How soon after the contractors leave should you come?
Ideally two or three days later. Fine dust keeps settling after the work stops, and cleaning too early means cleaning twice. If you are on a deadline, tell us and we will plan around it.
Do you remove paint, grout haze or adhesive?
Yes, where it can be done safely without damaging the finish. Stickers and protective film on appliances and windows, grout haze on tile, small paint splatter on glass and fixtures are all normal parts of the job. Large spills or damage to finishes are the contractor's responsibility.
Is this the same as a deep cleaning?
It includes a deep cleaning and goes further. Construction dust needs a top-down order, fine-dust vacuum filtration and extra passes on cabinets, vents and glass. That is why it is priced separately.
Do you clean new construction before move-in?
Yes. A new build gets the same treatment as a renovation: cabinets inside and out, adhesive off the glass, dust out of the vents, floors ready for furniture.
